Situated on the western edge of the village of Stanley, the rear garden borders farmland.

The village has a petrol station, hotel, pubs, playparks and the usual shops.
Enjoy a walk around the village or walk down to the former Stanley Mills and admire the view from the River Tay.

A new attraction is the Adventure Park on the outskirts of the village.

Accommodation : Upstairs - 1 double & 1 twin bedrooms with the use of a folding bed or mattress for a fifth person in the twin bedded room. Cot and highchair available for either property - please advise when booking if these are required. Bathroom with shower of the bath. Downstairs : Lounge, kitchen and hall.
Electric heating, cooker, kettle, toaster, iron, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, colour TV and video.

Electric, linen, towels and small kitchen/bathroom consumables included in price. Welcome tray with home baking.
